Homemade Peach Tarts

4 -6 Peaches (peeled and sliced)

4 tbsp butter

1/2 cup confectionery sugar

frozen puff pastry

Preheat oven to 400 degrees grease cookie sheet with melted butter. Cut a sheet of thawed Puff Pastry into four squares. Coat with melted butter and dust with confectionery sugar. Lay a row of peeled sliced Peach diagonally across pastry (corner to corner), then fold remaining corners over the center and pinch together and seal. Brush your little packages with butter one more time and then bake 20 minutes till crispy brown. Remove sprinkle on a little more confectionary sugar and call your day blessed. Your guests certainly will. 4 servings
