Fast and easy Deviled Eggs to go…

For me the hardest part of taking Deviled Eggs to a party has always been transporting the little buggers. Here’s a way to make that problem disappear! 

6 eggs hard boiled (boil 10 minutes)

Remove from heat and run under cold water until eggs are cooled.

Shell you eggs and slice in half dropping the yolks into a large bowl and setting aside the whites to be rinsed and dried and set into a large zip loc baggie.

In your bowl with the yolks 1st mash those yolks to smithereens then add;

1/2 to 3/4 cup Miracle Whip

2 tablespoons yellow mustard

1 tablespoon pickle juice

little salt and pepper

Mix really well till blended into a rich thick egg paste and then spoon into a small zip loc baggie.

Grab your serving tray and head to the party with your two baggies (whites and stuffing) and when you get there toss the whites onto your pretty platter and snip the end off of one bottom corner of your yellow filling and stuff those puppies, garnish with fresh flowers or greens and serve. (makes an easy lunch too!)
