The day before buy your fresh sweet corn and pull of the first couple of leaves and trim the tassels and place in a bucket of sweetened cold water. Leave them soak overnight. The following day about dinner time start up the grill and take your corn and let it drain in you dish drainer about 1/2 hour and then right onto the grill.
Leave steam on a closed grill about 5-10 minutes per side and serve with the rest of the meal. Pull back the husk and butter and salt and pepper and inhale. The absolute best.
