Stuffed Long Light Green Peppers

4 Long Light Green Peppers (Banana Peppers)

1 Cup grated/chopped fine hard cheese (American White or Yellow or combo)

1/2 Cup Breadcrumbs

3 tablespoons oil

Rinse Peppers, cut off top slice lengthwise and remove seeds. Mix together Cheese,breadcrumb,oil. Stuff Peppers, and place Stuffed Peppers in lightly greased baking dish and bake 300 for 25 minutes. Place a little Salsa on top of each pepper half. Delish.
