Potato Salad

8 to 10 medium White Potatoes

6 Eggs

1 1/2 Onion Diced

4-6 stalks Celery Diced

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

1 tsp parsley

2 tsp yellow mustard

3/4 Mayonnaise

1 cup Salad Dressing 

1 tbsp sugar

1/2 cup milk

2 tsp pickle relish if you have it.

1/2 cup sour cream (optional)

Boil together in large pot Unpeeled Potatoes and Eggs. Boil until you can stick a fork in the potatoes and their soft all the way through. Remove and drain run under cold water and let stand in sink till cool to touch. Then peel potatoes and shell eggs. Dice the lot and put in really large bowl. Add diced onion and chopped celery, sprinkle in salt pepper and parsley. In separate bowl mix mustard, mayo and Salad dressing ,sugar, milk . Whisk together till you have a creamy sauce, then pour the sauce over diced potatoes,eggs,celery and onions. If you want a creamier salad add sour cream. (and pickle relish if you have it) Chill in Refrigerator.
