Peach Cobbler

1 large can peaches (with juice)

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

1 cup sugar

1 cup flour

1 egg

1 stick margarine, melted

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large baking dish pour  in 1st your can of peaches, then mix dry ingredients in separate bowl, stir in the egg and it will become crumbly. Crumble it over the peaches in the baking dish. Then melt the margarine and drizzle that overtop of the peach and crumble mix. bake 350 degrees 45-50 minutes till golden and bubbly. The best, and wonderful with Vanilla Ice Cream.
