Manicotti

1 box Manicotti shells

1 large container Ricotta Cheese

2 cups shredded Mozzarella Cheese

1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese

1 egg

3 tbsp parsley

1  tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

1 medium jar spagehtti sauce

Cook pasta with package directions, then drain & carefully coat with a little bit of oil to keep them from sticking to any surface or each other and lay them out on your counter. Mix remaining ingredients (*except spaghetti sauce) in large bowl and then stuff the manacotti with the cheese/egg  mixture. Put a little of the spaghetti  sauce on the bottom of a baking dish and then Line up the stuffed manicotti like little soldiers in the baking dish and top with remaining spaghetti sauce. Bake at 350 degrees covered with foil 40 minutes then remove foil and bake and additional 10-15 minutes. Let cool and set about 5-7 minutes serves 4-6
