My Father is a patient man, one of his few desires is to be as young as my son.
I ask myself , Why? This man was born at the turn of the century. He has seen Gaslights, Telephones and Lindbergh.
What more could a man want? Men on the Moon!
The answer is he wants to LIVE life. He wants to LIVE history, visit the Moon, experience it all.
Perhaps, that is the wonder of him.
His wonder at our world.
As a child he banked the fires in the furnace at night to keep the embers alive. I find he still does this. But now he does this with knowledge and compassion
to feed the human soul, mind and heart.
Instead of Coal and Fire he uses us instead, to light and warm the future.
That is the wonder of him.
