For each and every action there is an equal and opposite reaction…

For each and every action there is an equal and opposite reaction.

Waves matter. Sometimes you can see the waves, sometimes you can feel them. And sometimes you can hear them. Sometimes they can only be found with sensitive instruments.

But what about thought waves ? And their various strengths, the power of will and prayer ?

Do Nuns believe through perpetual adoration in a cloister for example the fate and safety of the world rests?

And does it?

Does it act as a balance wheel  in the wavestream to the outside worlds craziness?

Do we only really continue to exist because a few thousand men and women devote their lives to prayer for our continuation, for humanity?

If for each and every action there is an equal and opposite reaction then do thought waves surpass waves in other forms of matter? Are they stronger or more intense or farther reaching?

Say a prayer and peace and love be with you all.

Merry Christmas

Sheila

  1. Oh Sheila…was so missing your blog…welcome back. That is such a wonderful blog….at St.Mary/Mother Cabrini Parish in Conneaut we are doing the Divine Mercy chaplet….we have two little girls leading us in the singing of it…so beautiful-so calming. We will do it during Advent and then Lent before our vigil mass. So, I hope our little group is helping sending out those waves/prayers…what a wonderful way to think of it. I am outting you in charge of hugging our Katie for Christmas…love her miss you…please have a wonderful holiday….:)

    • Pat you are so good for the soul! You make my thoughts and feeling seem so valid that I can’t but feel better for putting them out there. And thank you for all the prayers…I do believe the work to save the world all the time.   Merry Christmas you wonderful soul, Sheila

  2. I love that you pose these questions with no sway, letting us wonder for ourselves. Very beautiful and very intriguing.

    • Thank you my love. I don’t offer answers because like every other soul, I’m just a puzzle of questions. But maybe that’s exactly what we souls are supposed to do, ask the right questions.
